2023 marked the 25th anniversary of the ITF Women Transport Workers' Committee. This milestone was celebrated at the Women Transport Workers’ Conference in Saly, Senegal, in September 2023.
Delegates at this conference requested information about ITF women’s struggles over the quarter century be shared with the ITF family. This commemorative magazine was published in conjunction with the 46th ITF Congress in Marrakech in October 2024, providing an opportunity to widely celebrate the achievements of women transport workers, as well as looking forward to the next twenty-five years of global transport trade union work for gender equality.
