ITF PHOTOGRAPHY PRIZE 2024

MOVING THE WORLD FORWARD

THE WINNERS

For the ITF Photography Prize, we asked transport workers from across the world to capture photos that delivered a glimpse into their extraordinary daily lives and experiences. You did not let us down. We received hundreds of images that show the incredible reality of how transport workers keep the world moving. From bus drivers to seafarers, fishers to boda boda drivers, the photos show the daily grind, the triumphs, and the often-unseen challenges that transport workers face every day.

It was not an easy decision but after much deliberation from our panel of judges, we have selected our winners.

After a demanding session of cleaning the cargo holds, we took our well-deserved 15-minute coffee break. Gathered together as we share a moment of rest and camaraderie, pouring coffee into cups and enjoying the brief respite. The expressions of focus and relaxation highlight the balance of hard work and fellowship that defines a seafarer's life at sea.
